Workshop bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
You may transfer your booking to another person or date with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Transfers are free of charge.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time. Late arrivals may not be able to participate fully, and no refunds will be provided for missed portions.
You must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. While we take precautions, our kitchens handle common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, with no refund provided.
We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff before the workshop begins.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Geyser Swan or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
